Apple Crisp (Oatmeal)

Yield: 8 Servings

Topping: 1/3 Cup Melted Butter Or Margarine
1 Cup Quaker Oatmeal Apple Mixture:
1/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour 6 Or 7 Peeled And Sliced Apples
3/4 Cup Lightly Packed Brown Sugar 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Salt 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

Preheat oven to 350

Topping:
In bowl, combine oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.

Set aside.

Apple mixture:
Place apples in a greased 9 inch (2L) square baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and brown sugar. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over apples. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
